are what I need today. This was taken during an exceptionally happy time last October. Five days spent alone with hubby for the first time since kids. Just remembering makes me feel more relaxed.
Hi, Mary. I'm okay, just haven't been able to sit or stand comfortably for a while. But, looking on the bright side, only two more weeks until I should be back to my old self. Thanks for asking.
Barely floating, Jack, just barely. Things haven't been good physically, and that just makes me a mean old grouch -- so I thought I'd spare you all. It's been nothing but more tests, etc. September 5 can't come soon enough.
Yesterday, my dad had another "incident." They're calling this "atrial flutter." He had a procedure done today to shock his heart back into a normal rhythm. Hopefully, the results wil be good and he'll be home soon.
I just can't wait for life to get back to normal (or as close to normal as mine ever is). I hope you are well, and I'm still waiting for some more photos -- gives me something to look forward to.

I should have mentioned that this is the view from beneath the Golden Gate Bridge.
Doesn't look like it gives much protection from the rain.
You said it, Jack. It doesn't.
Somehow, this is very funny... :-)
Ya' OK out there, Elsie? Hope your Golden Gate happy thoughts are working!

Will do so as soon as there are photographs and time to fiddle.
Keep the faith.
Greetings and good thoughts to your Dad from me.
We're still here, thinking of you and ready to welcome you back when circumstances permit... Hope all is OK, for you and your dad...
Easy does it. Hoping that "this too, shall pass" quickly.
Thinking of you from admist all the cheese and pasta.
